Q.Where can I buy production?
A. You are able to buy production on a producer's listing page. You must be logged in to purchase production.
Q. What is Non Exclusive Production?
A. Non Exclusive production is where the producer is giving the buyer the right to use production, but the Producer still owns the rights to the music. The Producer can sell Non Exclusive production multiple times as the producer retains the rights to the music.
Q. What is Exclusive Production?
A. Exclusive production is music that once sold, the buyer gains all rights to the production purchased . A producer can no longer sell that music composition, as the buyer now owns the rights to the production. The buyer must give credit on songs/albums or usage exceeding $1,000,000 in revenue. Bidbeatz monitor sellers who try and resale exclusive production. Termination of membership and contact to the original buyer for lawsuit purposes will be enforced.
Q. What type of payments are accepted?
A. We accept Paypal and any major credit card (MasterCard/visa amex).
Q. Is it free to register?
A. Yes it is free to both the buyer and seller to register. The seller however pays a posting fee to post music production.
Q. How much does it cost to post music production?
A. The price is $10.00 per five music compositions or $3.00 to post one production at a time. The best value is to post a set of five instead of individually.
Q. What is My Spot?
A. My Spot is basically a section of the site where you can keep track of sales and buys. You can also use My Spot to keep up with a producer's new listings and save your favorite music catagories. This page of the site is only accessable by logging in.
Q. How do I upload Production?
A. You can upload production through the My Spot page. From there you will be able to manage your production, delete, and edit your musc. Please make sure that the production you are uploading is in the proper Mp3 format, no greater than 192 kbps quality, and no larger than 10 MB. If a production does not upload successfully after 24-48 hours or does not play, please just try again.
Q. Should I copyright my music before posting?
A. We suggest that all music being posted be copywritten to prevent risks of infringement. For more info on copyrights please go to www.copyright.gov
Q. What about fraud production and sampling?
A. If a seller is selling production on Bidbeatz.com, they must be original and not sampled. Bidbeatz.com has no way to tell if music production is sampled and we cannot be held liable for any sampled or falsely presented production. The producers who claim this is their original work are to be held liable for any issues dealing with production fraud or sampling.
